About Your Host

Rotisserie: Clint opened the Rotisserie in October after he closed Dunkley's in Gardens where as the owner he created a big following and the famous Dunkley Burger. Still one of his prominent trademarks, Clint is also becoming increasing well-known for his chicken dishes and Palmer Road's beer battered hake and chips. Added to that Clint has re-awakened the trend of attention to detail in food preparation as illustrated by the availability of entirely HOME made tartar sauce, chill relish and FRESH REAL potato chips. Clint was inspired by his love of chicken, to open a Rotisserie making succulent, juicy chickens, but also offers delicious burgers and beer-battered fish and chips. The only thing Clint enjoys more than creating excellent, beautifully presented food, is watching his customers enjoy it.
